Milma "Lite" (Homogenized Double Toned Milk) milk is manufactured using Ultra High Temperature (UHT) processing technology. UHT technology is a food processing technology that sterilises liquid food by heating above 135 Degree Celsius for 2 to 4 seconds and packaged in a sterile container under aseptic condition. No preservatives are added. It is fortified with vitamin A&D. The shelf life of the product is 90 days without any refrigeration. That means it can be stored under room temperature condition. This is a ready to use product. Since this milk is having low fat content, it is preferable for age old segment people
